Everyone is secure to have consultation at the medical institution. In MIEF, we introduce Portugese, Spanish, Filipino, English and Chinese medical interpreters.

Support Language : Content of Interpretation

Support Language	Portugese, Spanish, Filipino, English, Chinese
Content of Interpretation	Medical diagnosis, medical care and symptom, description of medical test result, taking medicine, hospitalization procedures, etc.

Who can provide the support system

Medical Institution	As a condition, the medical interpretation partners「subject of physician liablity insurance; needs assistance for medical practice」position be understand.

Cost of Medical Interpretation

Medical interpretation partner system management expenses are as follows;

Interpretation fee	2 hours per person/\3,000/ add'l of \1,500 for 1 hour extension
Transportation Allowance	limited to \1,000
Medical interpretation partner system Fee	\2,000/day : if the request is from the medical institution \1,000/day : if the request is from the member of MIEF support system

(Note①) For medical partners (during the duty), dealing with unexpected accident, accident insurance are applied.

(Note②) Request Cancellation = a notice or call is required 3 days before the implementation date. Half of the cost for the service fee will be collected if the party fail to comply the cancellation process.

For Medical Partners

With regards to the activity of the medical partners, the condition are written as follows;

For training course	*For person who attended training program implemented by MIEF [Medical Interpretation Training Program] *For person who have experienced medical interpretation outside the Prefecture *For person who attended medical training program outside the Prefecture Either of the above listed.
Place of activity	For person who can perform medical interpretation inside Mie Prefecture
Time of activity	For person who can perform medical interpretation during weekday
